Save state fails on subsite names

When saving the state, the application fails on an invalid fileName:

saving the state of subsite "/demo" fails with the filename "2009-09-03-/demo [demo].state"

the exception:

System.InvalidOperationException: File 2009-09-03-/demo [demo].state is not a valid file name.
